Vektiss LLC ("Vektiss," "we," "us," or "our") provides AI-assisted messaging automation and related business services. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our websites, qualification forms, Facebook Business Page Messenger integrations, Instagram professional-account integrations, and client services.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with Vektiss, we may collect:
- Contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, and Facebook profile URL.
- Information you submit about your business, inquiry volume, needs, and project budget.
- Messenger information made available through Meta, including Page-scoped user identifiers, profile details made available by Meta, message content, message identifiers, and timestamps.
- Instagram information made available through Meta, including professional-account identifiers, usernames, direct-message content, comment content, media identifiers, message and comment identifiers, and timestamps.
- Conversation records, qualification information, routing status, and notes needed to provide the service.
- Technical and security information such as request logs, error records, device or browser information, and approximate usage data.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Receive and respond to Messenger conversations on connected Facebook Business Pages.
- Receive and respond to direct messages and comments for connected Instagram professional accounts, including sending a private reply tied to a qualifying comment.
- Maintain conversation context, understand inquiries, qualify prospects, and identify when human follow-up is appropriate.
- Operate qualification forms, provide requested information, and arrange discovery calls.
- Configure, secure, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve Vektiss services.
- Comply with applicable law, platform requirements, and contractual obligations.
Service providers and disclosures
We may process information using providers that support the service, including Meta, OpenAI, Supabase, Vercel, Calendly, and video-hosting or infrastructure providers. These providers process information for the relevant service functions and under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, Vektiss, or others. Vektiss does not sell personal information.
Data retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information, but no online system is completely secure.
Your choices and deletion requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing info@vektiss.com. You can also review our data deletion instructions. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children
Vektiss services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
